As part of a general public notice, Amie Owens, Franklin’s town manager announced the participation of town council members in an upcoming conference.
“A majority of the Town of Franklin Town Council (Mayor, Vice Mayor and 2 Council Members) and the Town Manager will be attending the N.C. League of Municipalities Annual Conference – CityVision 2026 from Tuesday, May 5 through Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the Raleigh Convention Center, 500 S. Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601.
“No action regarding the Town of Franklin will be transacted at this conference.”
