The Franklin Chamber of Commerce welcomes A Carolina Heart to its membership with a ribbon cutting celebration. A Carolina Heart is located at 520 East Main Street in Franklin.
A Carolina Heart is an art studio that offers art opportunities for all ages! Carol Anne Bates is a native of Franklin and she has always loved the mountains she grew up in and art. “I love teaching people of all ages the love of art, all kinds of art” said Bates.
Carol Anne offers a wide array of opportunities including toddler classes for 1-4 year olds, homeschool classes, paint parties for adults and kids, birthday parties and Kids Night Out. In addition to these classes, Carol Anne offers commissioned art work and murals.
