The Town of Franklin’s Town Council is committed to improving the appearance of the Town and has partnered with the NCDOT for the annual Litter Sweep campaign. The
Town will host a litter clean up on Saturday, April 25 from 8:00 a.m. until noon. The flyer is attached.
The Town will provide safety vests, trash bags, gloves and litter grabbers. The Town also encourages those who participate in the Adopt-A-Street program to perform a clean-up on their sponsored street during this time.
Anyone wishing to volunteer to assist, should meet at Town Hall, 95 East Main Street at 8:00 a.m. to participate.
