Kenneth Russell Brahmer, 80, of Otto, NC, passed away Monday, April 13, 2026.

Kenneth was born on Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, to the late Russell and Peggy McBride Brahmer. He served our country in the Army and worked for Civil Service in the US Navy.
