UPDATED 3:27 Wednesday, May 27 – Line repaired and service restored.
The break was due to a fiber installer hitting the line as a proper locate was not completed prior to digging.
There has been a water line break off Pressley Road that is impacting water service on Pressley Road, West End Drive and Chavis Road.
Crews are on site and should have the water turned off. The repair will take some time and service may be interrupted for several hours. Service should be restored by mid-to-late afternoon.
