Brenda Gail Jennings Henry: 1954 - 2026

Brenda Gail Jennings Henry went home to be with the Lord on August 16, 2026. She was the daughter of the late John and Dollie Moss Jennings.

Born in Macon County on June 18, 1954, Brenda spent most of her years working in retail at Walmart. She loved her dogs; they spent a lot of time sitting on the porch enjoying the peace, quiet, and cool country air. Brenda was a lifelong member of Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Naaman Henry; one sister, Jessie Holland; a brother, John Moss; and two nieces, Heather and Ashley Jennings.

Survivors include one brother, Vance Jennings and wife Shirley; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 21st, 2026, at The Grant Chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary McCoy and Rev. Morris Tippett officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be held at Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery following the service in the chapel. Pallbearers will be Wesley Peek, Mark Peek, Michael, Peek, Randy Rogers, Ricky Holland, and Jack Henry.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be to the Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
