Christopher Nicholas Sitarski: 1971 - 2026

Christopher Nicholas Sitarski, 54, of Franklin, NC, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Christopher was born September 21, 1971, in Detroit, MI to Nicholas Stanley Sitarski and the late Maureen Faye Williams.

Mr. Sitarski served in the U.S. Navy from Jan. 3,1991 to Dec. 20, 2000. He later went on to work for Banks Aerospace in aircraft manufacturing. Christopher's hobbies included Legos, playing board games, watching movies, and traveling. He was of the Catholic faith. He loved to be with his family and friends. Chris was a great guy, and he loved to discuss politics.

In addition to his father, Mr. Sitarski he is survived by his stepmother, Rita Sitarski; his son, Logan Sitarski and his wife Madison, his fiancé, Melissa Gallimore; his stepchildren, Ashley Cook, Alexis Gallimore, and Trenton Gallimore; as well as a grand baby on the way.
