Frank “Tony” Anthony Roberts: 1951 - 2026

Mr. Frank "Tony" Anthony Roberts, 75, of Franklin, NC, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026. He was born April 12, 1951, in Virginia, to the late Ken Allen and Ruby Mabry Allen.

A U.S. Navy veteran, "Tony" served on a ship during Vietnam. He liked Sci-Fi, particularly Start Trek. He was an amateur magician, he enjoyed magic shows and entertaining children. Tony also loved music and motorcycles. He was also involved in politics, having run for State Representative in Georgia. He also adored his dog, "Oreo".

Tony is survived by his children, Jennifer Hedgcoe (Fernando), Daniel Roberts (Kim), Kimberly Roberts, and Tiffany Roberts; his grandchildren, Luxi Roberts, Ryan Hedgcoe, Clara Welch, Audrey Welch, and Max Roberts; his great-grandchild, Lennie Dremmond; and his brother, Billy Roberts.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca "Becky" Roberts, as well as his sister, Carol Medcalf.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, Georgia with the Rev. Jason Justus officiating.
