Kelly Anne Barrow: 1969 - 2026

Kelly Anne Barrow, 57, of Franklin, NC, peacefully passed away Tuesday August 4, 2026, at Mission Hospital.

Kelly was born in West Palm Beach and grew up in Winter Haven, Florida. She was a Guardian a Litem and then transitioned to teaching. She moved to Macon County in 2021.

Kelly was preceded in death by her daughter, Megan Barrow and her grandparents, Harry and Mildred Booker and Otis and Caroline Bice. She is survived by her mother Barbara Price, her father Ray Bice (Margi), her daughters, Rachel Barrow and Hannah Barrow and her half sister and brother, Marie and Robert Bice.

Kelly loved books. She was a voracious reader and never limited herself to one genre. When she moved to North Carolina, she got her dream job working at the Macon County Library. She loved to cook and collecting new recipes to try.

Kelly's wishes were to be cremated with a small family gathering at a later date.
